Customer Satisfaction Survey: Turn Answers Into Action

Customer Satisfaction Survey: Turn Answers Into Action

Ask a maximum of five questions

Ask what made the purchase easier, what took too much effort, missing information, meeting deadlines and priority improvement. Adapt the words to the product being sold. A note alone does not explain the cause of a problem.

Respect the collection context

Explain why you are asking for these responses and who will read them. Do not promise anonymity if you link the response to an order. Separate the survey from commercial prospecting: the customer does not subscribe to a newsletter because he responds to a questionnaire.

Choose a correction

Classify the responses by theme and frequency. If the same doubts concern the size, improve the sheet and the photos; If delivery is a problem, check the logistics route. Then measure the questions received and the feedback before concluding that the correction helped.
