Business Blog: Build a Calendar From Customer Questions

Business Blog: Build a Calendar From Customer Questions

Collect ten real questions

Resume pre-purchase emails, calls, returns and quote requests. Group statements that describe the same problem. Then check the query in Semrush and the impressions in Search Console; a low estimated volume does not make a customer question useless.

Choose the right format

A question about price may require a clear offer page. A comparison or tutorial may merit an article. Assign a main page to each intention and avoid writing several texts that answer the same with neighboring titles.

Schedule a check

For each topic, note the expected answer, a source, the useful internal link and the result to observe. After publishing, look at the queries received and the clicks to the offer, then improve the article if readers still ask the same question. A calendar of ten useful texts is better than a full quota.
