Website Audit: Build a Priority List in One Hour

Website Audit: Build a Priority List in One Hour

Test the main route

Choose the action you expect from the visitor: buy, request a quote or reserve. Open the site on phone and take this journey from start to finish. Note ambiguous text, invisible buttons, form errors, and missing information without starting with a list of technical scores.

Control five pages

Check home, offer page, contact page and two pages that receive visits. For each, note title, main response, perceived speed, link to the action and indexing state. A page accessible in the browser may be excluded from Google; the reverse does not guarantee that it will convert.

Sort fixes

Classify each deviation according to its effect: blocks an action, creates doubt, or improves comfort. Deal with blockages first. Add a date and a responsible person, then repeat the same process after correction. The table should lead to decisions, not become a permanent inventory.
