Withdrawal and refunds

For a distance purchase by a consumer, the legal withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract for the supply of digital content. The day of conclusion is not counted. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended until the first following working day.

ISS Agency maintains your right of withdrawal for fourteen days, including after the files have been made available or downloaded. No download constitutes a waiver of this right. No download or processing fees will be withheld from any reimbursement due under this right.

You can notify your decision without having to justify it, by a clear declaration addressed to contact@issagency.fr. Indicate your name and, to facilitate identification of the purchase, the date and order reference. These indications do not restrict other legal means of exercising your right.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal within the applicable period, we will reimburse the sums paid without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your decision, by the means of payment used, unless you expressly agree to another means free of charge.

Missing, inaccessible or non-compliant file

Contact contact@issagency.fr indicating the guide, the language purchased and the problem encountered. Download assistance does not limit your legal guarantees. You may request compliance free of charge and without undue delay. Under the conditions provided for by law, you can obtain a reduction in the price or the termination of the contract and the corresponding reimbursement.

This information describes your legal rights. They do not constitute a commercial offer of additional reimbursement.

Request from your customer area

Renounce the contract here : open the order in question in your Shopify customer area, then use the cancellation or return request offered. For these digital files, no packages need to be returned. If you are unable to access your order or if the action is not available, you can always notify your withdrawal to contact@issagency.fr or by mail. Your legal rights do not depend on the availability of the customer area.
